Delicate and sparkly, this Y-chain necklace is inspired by the romance of antique french chandeliers and heirloom crystal jewellery discovered in a Parisian atelier. At the centre of the iridescent grey chain a silver heart guides the eye down to an antique-style medallion featuring a mother and child topped with a romantic bow motif
