We were so excited to receive these amazing hearts from Italy, and you can see why. The centerpiece is a large intricate heart with the most amazingly detailed micro mosaic of three roses in shades of turquoise and blue. Paired with a red enamel coral branch and gold seahorse charm this is pure Mediterranean inspired magic.
